The Virtual Museum of New France established the Collections series to acquaint people with the cultural institutions in North America and Europe that hold material evidence on New France. The institutions that agreed to participate in the project have supplied the content, which you are invited to view. The texts are brief and the illustrations give an indication of the richness of the collections devoted to that period in our common history. Hopefully, other institutions will join in so that more people may have access to their treasures.
