Taylor, Grace (1897-1988)

Taylor was born in England, emigrating to New Zealand with her family in 1902. In 1924 she enrolled in figure drawing at the Elam School of Art, Auckland. Working as a commercial artist, she moved to Sydney in 1926 and Brisbane in 1933. In 1942 she was accepted into the AWLA as a field officer, responsible for members' administration.
