Zinkeisen, Doris (1898-1991)

Zinkeisen studied at the Royal Academy and worked in theatre design before the war. During the war she worked as a nurse in London before she became an artist for the Red Cross in Europe. Based in Brussels, she was able to visit Belsen as soon as it was liberated.
