Trench Life: A Survival Guide
June 28, 2008 to April 13, 2009
From the harsh world of the trenches of the First World War, Canadian soldiers created and relied upon a distinct and vibrant culture. Trench Life: A Survival Guide explores the history of the First World War in its most personal dimension: the words, images, art, and songs created by the front-line soldiers who were closest to the war.
