HeroLand
HeroLand, a 1917 short film, depicted the exploits of the British tank Britannia. In this poster for the film, German soldiers flee wide-eyed with terror from, "The greatest spectacle the world has ever seen." Tanks were a source of fascination to both soldiers and civilians.
